Our most recent “Saturday Spotlight” Show aired April 13, 2019 on News/Talk 1130 WISN-AM. We were joined by Lake Mills Police Chief Mick Selck, who discussed the efforts underway to start a new K-9 unit in Lake Mills and Dr. Beltz shared that the WVRC K-9 Heroes Foundation will be donating limited edition, collectible plush K-9 heroes, which will contribute $5,000 toward the cost of starting the unit.

Also on the show, Dr. Kayla Allesandrino and Dr. Alexus Urbanik┬ádiscussed WVRC’s Blood Donor program, the importance of canine and feline blood donation, and how your pet can be a blood donor hero.
