    From 2005 – 2006 she completed a rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at the Animal Medical Center in New York, New York.  Afterwards, she completed her Residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine in 2009 at Purdue University Veterinary Teaching Hospital in West Lafayette, Indiana.  She was a Clinical Instructor / Assistant Professor in Small Animal Internal Medicine at Purdue University Teaching Hospital.

    Dr. Balog enjoys all aspects of Small Animal Internal Medicine.  Her areas of previous research and special interest are immune mediated blood and joint disorders and gastrointestinal disease.
