Angela received her degree from MATC – Veterinary Technician Program.
Angela previously worked as a lab assistant and colony manager for a breeding mouse colony used in pancreatic and liver cancer and provided husbandry services as an animal caretaker through MATC – Vet Tech program for their various large and small animals.
In 2014, Angela completed two, eight-week internships in Illinois with Dr. Gary Koehler, DVM for equine medicine and with AbbVie Pharmaceuticals for research medicine. She joined WVRC in April of 2015.
On what she enjoys most about working at WVRC…”I love the clients that come through, both owners and animals! The owners are always so thankful for the work we provide for their pets. It’s rewarding to see the animals go home healthy.”
