Marty, a lovable 12-year-old Boston Terrier, came to WVRC’s Waukesha ER after eating a 6″ corn dog stick! Although he was able to pass part of the stick on his own, his owners wanted to make sure everything was OK. Dr. Johnson gave Marty a full exam and x-rays, which showed no signs of puncture or distress. Lucky for Marty no surgery was needed and the rest of the stick passed on its own within about a week. We are so glad things turned out well for Marty!!
